Day 14 of public food logging

…And with that, this will be my last day to enter this in publicly. I still need to continue to do this for at least a month on my own, and that’s okay. I may even continue posting these for at least 6 more days, to finish out the 30-day streak, just because having your eyes helps keep me accountable to do this rather than doing it on my own! If you hate seeing this, let me know, and I’ll just post this privately lol.

Breakfast: nada.

Lunch: Banana rice cake yet again. Special K fruit and yogurt cereal with almond milk from Costco. And then some MAMA pork-flavored instant ramen! Big lunch here.

Snack: the rest of my unsalted mixed nuts. It’s not a fun time, but the more I eat them, the more I’m okay with them.

Dinner: Soft-boiled egg with fish sauce, boiled cabbage, and General Tso’s chicken (from Costco).
