For today, Tuesday, Feb. 18th, 2020
Breakfast: sweet banh tet with banana. it’s one of my favorites. it looks like the following:
Lunch (a late one at around 2 pm!): pre-made, microwaveable chicken fried rice from Costco. It was pretty good and had a variety of vegetables!
Dinner: half a chicken bake with fresh diced onions that we borrowed from the hot dog garnish counter and water
The fact that I actually had some semblance of a breakfast is nothing short of groundbreaking improvement. I also woke up a lot earlier than usual. Great improvement from chiisana!
